"Clean room helpful staff a microwave would have made it perfect"

"The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. However, we were disappointed in the food selections and restaurants. They did not have much of anything open for breakfast and all of the restaurants were small and full for dinner. When I asked others staying at resort they said the food wasn't that great. However, the pizza by the pool was really good. We ended up having to go off site for all of our breakfast and dinners. It kind of defeated the purpose of staying on a resort that wasn't centrally located to restaurants. "

"The morgan was amazing let's start with staff, we were welcomed with rum punch upon arrival, allowed early check-in rooms were clean and so was all facilities, the gym was clean with updated equipment.the food/ drinks was ok, the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport, the hotel offers transportation to and from . The rooms over look the pool and clear blue ocean, highly recommend 😀"

"When cleaning rooms daily , mops should be changed by the time you get to rooms on the end. Would’ve been nice for more food selections"

"While the hotel could use a bit of an update the staff, food and beach more than made up for it. The property was just the right size for us to feel safe for our teenagers to move around by themselves. The beach is one of the most beautiful on the island."

"Potential guests need to know that this is not an accessible hotel. There is a full set of stairs leading to the lobby. Stairway leading to rooms is steep and narrow. There were spider webs in the room. Staff did not remove them during our stay. We asked for an additional blanket, but it was stained and smelled. I paid a non-refundable $3 fee for a beach towel. The Seaview pina colada bar along the boardwalk used watered-down alcohol. The drink I ordered was in a cored pineapple, but the server accidentally cut a hole in it. My drink was leaking as she handed it to me. No refund, no offer to make another one, but she did provide a plastic cup. Overall, the pictures make the hotel look much better than reality."
