「Room was dirty … don’t really notice the extent til we were ready for bed and plugging in chargers etc and see pic … shame on management not seeing this an not double checking staff is doing what they are supposed to do. Room had not been vacuumed by night stand in months if not longer. Clerk offered to move us but too late 」

「It is very good resorts. We love .rooms are very clean and nice. Just they don’t have coffee filters. We you make coffee yourself than pl bring coffee filters and cream. Other than very good view . Relaxing . Front of beach. I staff are very nice in helpful. Free water park . Every thing including parking free. It is very nice .love it . 」

「The room was clean and the staff was nice. But the room was old and outdated and had a lot of finishes flaking off offering concerns that it was not clean. The exterior of the hotel area is dirty and there is not any safe places to walk. And the treadmill did not work in the gym. 」

「Staff was very good. Worried about how well cleaning staff does. There was a plate full of food beside microwave when we got to our room! Room smelt like the plate of food... Also TV kept going fuzzy while trying to watch march madness! 」
