「My vehicle is brand new and was broken into at the property. Guests staying at the hotel were having a party in a room across from mine and their guests filled most of the lot. I had to park in a lot that was adjacent to the hotel and on the grounds. It was parking that was permitted for hotel guests as well, there were no signs that said no parking. I came out this morning to windows shattered on my vehicle. No security on the grounds of the suites only at the casino.」

「I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise.」
