「I got there about 20 minutes before check in so I went to my room anyway to see if I could get in. I put in the code and the door opened but then hit the door stop, indicating someone was inside. I though maybe there was still a cleaner in there so I just waited in the hall. About 5 minutes later a random person came out and asked if this was my room. I said yes and he said to just give him a minute and he'll leave. He said he stays there sometimes because his mom worked at the building. He left...

「Amazing besides the few blocks around seems dirty and filled with homeless」

「Great location. You can tell with the new appliances and tile that it was recently remodeled. Used flat light paint that shows every mark and you can smell if someone is smoking else where in the building. There were two flights of small steep stairs to get to the apartment.」

「We walked in and walked out. When you enter the outside door to go upstairs it was filthy...I have pictures! We hoped the room was better. It wasn't! The sofa was stained, the right arm was hanging to the floor and the left was was very loose. There was an unclean odor. We walked in took pictures and walked out. We plan to try to get our money back.」
