「Great staff. I didn't like that they don't clean the rooms every day. I also didn't like that they don't have a restaurant on premises.」

「Beautiful hotel, clean, modern furnishings, excellent staff and location. Great parking.」

「The room was clean. The staff was helpful. I didn't try the breakfast. Had to pay for parking at $7.00/day. It costs more money with less service.」

「Checking in was a disaster!!!! They didn’t know how to process my Expedia reservation. It took an hour to check in. I had to get help from Expedia chat to help with the process. Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!」

「Room was fairly clean. Large stain on carpet and the only chair was very stained. Floors were sticky. Phone did not work. Potatoes at breakfast were room temperature. Waffles were excellent. Eggs were room temperature. Staff was very friendly, especially check-in person, Carol, who was very accommodating and helpful. She was a shinning star for Hampton Inns.」

「Can’t close the bathroom without struggling. The floors are curved (bulged/not level) tip down between bed and entertainment where refrigerator and microwave are. The walk way between them are very narrow. I fear for future guests where they can get hurt if the entertainment falls on them」

「1st floor sliding windows wouldn’t lock in the bedroom so we had to move rooms and the second room had disgusting bed sheets with several stains. Required a cash deposit of $50 after signing a document saying a $100 deposit would already be held on the card. Not very comfortable front desk assistance. Sketchy parking lot/human interaction. Would not stay again. Pictures online do more than justice !!」

「The Hotel was very worn and dark. They don’t keep coffee makers in the room. You have to ask for it at the front desk. The parking lot had homeless sitting in it. We decided that we were not comfortable there and left for a different hotel. 」

「Room did not have cups/glasses, coffee, adequate towels, tv did not work initially, roach on the counter. Sep 14 there was a loud fight - lots of shouting - in the hallway around 2:00am and banging noises in the room near me, was afraid to leave in the morning. Stairwell doors were all propped open - seems like a fire code violation. Was afraid the elevator would stop working due to the loud noises it made. No sign on the building indicating it was a Travelodge. 」

「Staff was friendly. Hotel was a good value. In a decent area with restaurants and near many of the locations I was in town for. May be my go to when I'm in Columbus for softball tourneys.」
