「先負評的是幫我們拿行李到房間的員工，在沒有樣級情況下，多次將我們的行李箱拉到翻側及撞到路過的地方。我們的行李只是20kg以下及行李箱的四個轆都能正常運作。這員工對待行李非常粗暴！另外，酒店前台員工會把信用卡號碼輸入到電腦中，令人感到不安！在餐廳用膳也不會這樣，這種記錄信用卡號碼是非常落後及不當。 Check in時前台員工說我第一張信用卡無效，我給她第二張也信用卡也說無效。在沒有嘗試使用其他信用卡機及詢問我有無其他付款方式前，直接叫我出去ATM提款。要我主動提出叫她用其他信用卡機再試，她一試便成功，最後只是說我的卡沒有問題。酒店有四個泳池，到酒店餐廳及泳池，playhouse 也很方便。自助早餐大部分食物放在有冷氣的地方，感覺衛生及食物選擇多。」

「房間，泳池及酒店內跟訂酒店網站的照片一樣，好靚和乾淨，職員友善和體貼，豐富自助早餐。大堂旁的洗手間超級乾淨及有一格簡單淋浴設備，退房及寄存行李後，可逛街後回來再梳洗後才離開。酒店附近交通不太方便亦不是熱鬧的沙灘，步行出遠少少會有小店食肆，附近亦有Big C(但唔大間），酒店外有得租電單車，懂得駕駛便可以租及好方便。」

「Had a stay for 2 nights. Hotel environment is very relaxing with well trained staff which is great for vacation purposes. The swimming pool is huge with lots of room for all guests. There are swimming section and rest area with adults only. The room interior is clean but some equipment need to be refurbished.」

「十分好的住宿體驗，職員全部很友善，不但服務很好，而且很主動幫助，用APPs 預約酒店服務，叫Room service很方便，餐廳食物質素不錯，和牛餐廳很好吃。雖然周圍沒有購物中心，但乘的士去巴東市集都衹是30分鐘，十分方便。鄰近海灘很大浪，雖然不能游水，但環境也很優美。」

「Amazing resort, clean, well kept and excellent service. The pictures and description of the room and the resort was living up to the expectation. 「The coast side view is amazing. The beach is beautiful and water is so clear. It is a good choice if you want to find a less people place to relax. Massage and spa inside resort is great. Although you got not much restaurant choices nearby hotel, food inside resort is delicious. Definitely will book again if coming back to Phuket again.」

「一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。」

「家族で宿泊しました。 7歳の子供にとっては初めての海外旅行。口コミが少なく、旅行本にも掲載がないホテルだったので、宿泊するまで少し不安でしたが、とても素晴らしいホスピタリティのホテルでした！施設もとても掃除が行き届いており、どこをとっても清潔で働いているスタッフの方々も子供に優しくホスピタリティが最高でした。今回2食付きのプランで申し込みましたが、ホテル内のレストラン（朝食用のレストラン、プールサイドのレストラン、エントランス付近のレストランの3つ）の選択肢が少なく、最初は少し不安でしたが、どこのレストランの食事もとても美味しかったです！子供のキッズメニューも充実してました！プールもスライダーや噴水などがあり、小さい子供でも十分楽しめる、綺麗なプールでした。子供は帰国する際、とても名残惜しかったようで、また来年もここのホテルに泊まりたいと言ってました。親も心の底からそう思える、素晴らしいホテルでした。」

「Das ganze Team vom Robinson ist wirklich top, besonders wenn auch mal etwas nicht klappt, sind sie sofort da und helfen wo sie nur können. Was unseren Sohn richtig Freude gemacht hat, war das Fußball Camp mit DeDe, echt ein tolles Angebot.」
