「I was traveling with my family. We stayed at the sands Khao Lak for 3 nights in a pool access room. My girls loved the slide pool, the weather was so nice and the buffet breakfast was good enough. Overall we loved our stay at the Sands Khao Lak 」

「wow, we love this hotel first off. We got a room with the sea facing view and we did have a beautiful ocean view. The room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel grounds, immaculate, and all of the architecture was so interesting and perfectly planned. The staff were beyond friendly when we showed up to breakfast 10 minutes early they open the door and welcomed us in and on our last day we had to leave even earlier than that they opened breakfast just for us now that’s what I call Service! ただ忙しくなるとオーダーを忘れてしまったり ハウスキーパーがすごく遅く来たりする。
オペレーションを考え直したり 担当を決めたり工夫した方がいい。
ガラパーティでは席番号すらわかってない人が案内に立ったり
常温で刺身や寿司がダラダラになって並んでいたり
ひとつひとつはいいのに どこに何があるのかわからないし
テーブルは真っ暗で食事をとるのが大変だった。

「Fabulous! I had a pool access room and it was great to avoid the crowd at the main pool. I did go to the beach twice which was nice, but I preferred the quiet. Staff was helpful and did a great job. The area around the hotel is great - tons of places to eat, get massages, etc. I plan on returning the same time next year!」
