Staff are friendly and helpful, check in was easy, received a welcome drink and snack, porter took us and bags in a buggy to the room and member of staff pointed out areas if interest on the way. Room was modern, clean and spacious. Nice large shower. Bottle water provided daily. Wifi all over the resort and no issues with signal. Beach front and beach towels provided. Food and drink as expected is expensive at the hotel. Shops just out side the hotel and plenty of restaurants...

「Nel complesso una buona struttura ma con diverse criticità. Al nostro arrivo, ad esempio, in spiaggia non c'era un solo lettino disponibile e il personale dell'hotel era del tutto assente. Decine e decine di lettini con asciugamani distesi senza alcun ospite. Semplicemente gli ospiti lasciano il proprio asciugamano sul lettino non dando la possibilità ad altri di poterne usufruire. Ogni mattina era necessario alzarsi alle cinque per potersi accaparrare un lettino. Scandaloso!!! Passiamo ora...
