「We stayed at this hotel during our family trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. 「Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.」

「The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.」

「The place was overall clean but it lacked space in the room. If you like to sleep like sardines in a can then this place is for you. The worst part if you come in hot weather you will not get to relax and cool off in the room. It was too hot. It made it unbearable! Also the place was further than promoted on the site. To Disney it didn’t take 10-15 min. It took 35 minutes. Not worth it.」
