I loved the pool with the pretty plants and open concept including the indoor/outdoor living space. The staff were so kind and gracious, taking care of us the whole time. I got sick while there and they were so great at checking in on me. As an added bonus, if you like shopping for unique clothing as much as I do, guests staying there get a 15% discount next door at TStore. I'm so pumped about the pieces I bought!! "Honestly the only good thing about Hard Rock is the pool area. Kids loved that as they would any pool. The rest is outdated. The entire set up and trek to get to breakfast/pool/outside is a mission in itself. Do not rate the place for the money spent"
