"A wonderful welcome from the moment we entered until the minute we left. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, and exceptionally helpful. We were given advice on how to get into Bath with all the road closures for the half marathon, the bus timetables were looked up for us and we were even walked out of the hotel to point us to the bus stop. "We stayed overnight and loved it. The room was really comfortable and had a nice view over the river. The pub serves really good food and the staff are really friendly. It is also dog friendly which was great as we had our pup with us. Will definitely stay here again!"
