「AVOID. This hotel is located in a rather run-down residential area of Valencia. There are very few facilities, including restaurants within walking distance. Regrettably while I was there the entire area smelt of sewage. I walked for over an hour and it was the same everywhere. Thankfully it was Spring and not hot but it would be unbearable in Summer. 「Nos quedamos en este hotel por motivo del maratón de Valencia. Está a 15 minutos caminando de la salida y meta, un centro comercial a 5 minutos y muchas opciones para comer. El transporte público está muy cerca y fue fácil también conseguir lugar de parking. Lo recomiendo mucho. 」

It is unbelievable, room 205 and 206 are seperated by a single door! I could hear the person in the room 205 having shower, flushing the water or even turning on/off the light.
