「Très très bel appartement au 3eme étage, lit king size ultra confortable, immense salle de bain, cuisine très bien équipée, salon et tv de grandes tailles. 2 portes fenêtres donnant sur la rue avec mini balcon. Seuls inconvénients : le bruit de la rue très fréquentée malgré le double vitrage et la qualité du matelas du canapé lit ( grincements continue+ inconfort) : dommage. 「Fine location in a Residential area. Close to center and supermarket. Fine kitchen equipment. When I arrived the floor was very dirty. After mid week cleaning, everything was VERY clean. Hot water was random and some elevators issues. I will recommend this place in Valencia. 」

「The apartment really suited us. Comfortable bedroom, long corridor down to the bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The apartment was spotless, but word of warning we did see a couple of ants so be very careful about any food you leave in the kitchen. We stayed during fallas so it was very loud, but understandably so at the weekend (mid week was fine) Checking in was easy, we picked up the keys from Mon Suites cathedral which is a 1 minute walk away. Getting there was fine, we got the train...

「Accommodatie was echt top! Ik zat in een twee persoons appartement met mijn vriendin en het is echt prima te doen. Ruim, super schoon en midden in de stad. Geen last gehad van overlast, maar zeker mijn voordelen eruit gehaald dat alles erom heen zo dichtbij was. Genoeg restaurantjes, winkels, barretjes en de rooftop bar is precies tegenover het appartement. Zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Ik kom hier zeker een keer terug. Communicatie is verder ook uitstekend en heel behulpzaam. 10/10」

「The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...

「The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. 」
