「The staff were delightful. The location is superb. The 12 noon checkout allowed for a leisurely morning of sightseeing rather than having to rush vis-a-vis a 10 AM deadline. The building is gorgeous.」

Only recommendation is to move smoking area away from the front door. The smell lingers and is not pleasant when you walk in and when sitting inside the kitchen.」

「This was our 2nd time at this fabulous resort. The Signature Level is so worth the extra money. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants and Buffet was so good and there were plenty of food choices. I would definitely go back a 3rd time!!!!」

「Sehr schöne Lage im Bergdorf.....allerdings ist eins der 4 oder 5 Zimmer ohne Fenster... dieses haben wir bekommen....das hat uns gestört...und wurde vorher nicht klar kommuniziert. Auch sind wir davon ausgegangen den Pool und die Sauna als Hotelgast benutzen zu dürfen...das ist jedoch kostenpflichtig...und kostet für € 60 -€ 75 pro person für 2 Std. ! Das war bei der Buchung auch nicht klar angezeigt worden.」

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, das Parken war unkompliziert und die Unterkunft war wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. 「Great staff, very nice people. The property needs some renovations as the infrastructure, rooms and decoration are dated. The location is perfect, with a private beach (great for the kids) and very close to Cefalu downtown (5 mins by car) where you can enjoy great dinners.」
