The hotel was very easy to find. The staff was extremely friendly. Even though we arrived at 11pm when most hotel staff is tired and not very talkative the front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly and offered suggestions on what was located around the hotel in case we were hungry. When we checked out the following day the staff was just as friendly. Made sure to ask if my stay was OK and if there was anything they could have done differently being that they only opened a week prior. ...

Clean, well appointed spacious room and nice hotel amenities

Very comfortable. Clean. Staff were exceptional. I found my new hotel brand if they're all like it.

The room was very comfortable and the desk staff were so very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, a nice variety and the hot food was nice and hot. THe only thing that was a disappointment was that we had a king bed room and there was no fridge in the room. We had perishable food we brought on our trip and had to keep it in the cooler overnight.

I liked the generous size of the king size bed, the extra room of the sofa area with the separate cooking/breakfast area and the shower area with toilet and the sink/counter outside the shower area.

Great staff, clean and friendly people

Mountain Lake Lodge was totally charming. they appear to have made a conscious decision to keep the place very well-maintained, but (other than the free wi-fi, for which I did not even need a password) NOT to try to modernize much. Clean and new hotel -- nice staff! Breakfast however ended too early for a Sunday -- 9:30am.

Owner was really nice, he offers free water when arrive. Very welcoming and safe. There’s fridge and microwave. Great place by the freeway to Virginia Here’s a short 3 minute video I made about West Virginia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1CBXf4O1ag

Hinton was an adorable little town, and the bed and breakfast was perfect. The charming home decorated tastefully of the period it was built! Loved it. Quiche was delicious.

Place is a perfect stay if your hitting the slopes. Clean and conveniente.

Beautiful stay and my puppy loved it too!

Nice place. Clean and as advertised

I loved the bluegrass and gospel music jamboree that they had on Thursday night.

Nice staff, clean facilities, offer breakfast and coffee in lobby. No complaints overall.

House was very clean with a well appointed kitchen. Great space for a large family with room to spread out. We love being beside the beautiful creek.
