"The hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle service was good. Maybe 8 minutes from airport to hotel. For the shuttle go upstairs free luggage is collected and look for door number 8 for shuttle pickup. There recdiff doors for car, taxi, and shuttle pick up "

"Stayed night before flight out. Used underground parking, out of the weather which worked well for when we returned. Airport shuttle went smoothly. One thing to note is when you arrive back they give a card to leave the parking lot. You don’t need to wait in line. Just hand them the card once out. Bring snacks for the stay. "

"All Double Queen Beds apparently are facing the highway and it is terrible at night you can barely sleep, my kids couldn’t fall asleep. They have a white noise machine but that too is annoying. Make sure to bring extra towels since they will only give you towels per person in the room. Used towels need to be given upon use if you request clean towels.The front desk even called while still in shower to give towel that was being used on the floor bathroom to not slip while I get out of the shower. Bathroom tub makes very loud noise while in the tub, squeaking sound every move you make in the tub. No smart tv, can’t connect to Netflix to watch movie. Found the cleaning services very helpful and nice, unlike the lady at the front desk. Found her rude and not very polite. Breakfast is ok, although while trying to make waffle another guest was cooking oatmeal in the waffle maker saying they didn’t know where was the waffle batter and they thought it was from the oatmeal dispenser right next to it. Make sure to have breakfast before 9am because as soon it hits 9:30 they take away the juice dispenser and unplugs the toaster meanwhile people are still eating in the eating area. Kids loved the swimming pool and slide, but the water is very cold. Hot tub is great. There is no life guard and no life jackets for little kids make sure to bring your own as it is deep. Teenagers were going down the slide as a train with more than 8 people at a time, it was dangerous. Won’t be going back. "

"Pool was good, hot tub didnt have eorking jets. The restaurant was good but slow and expensive. The front desk staff was meh. Bed was comfy and room was adequate."

"We flew in after midnight and it was a last minute booking on a snowy, icy evening that prevented us from driving back to Ottawa. We didn't stay at the hotel long, but the bed and linens were so comfortable. Thank you"
