Family road trip

As a family of three genarations grand parents, Daughter, And two grand children of 18 and 16 we had a very nice stay great rooms all next to each other stunning view's and the city is stunning

The distance to the centre is not accurate comparing the website. If you hire a car , it can b3 a short distance to the centre however by walk it’s a good 25/30 min up hills with steps. Exiting the hotel there are lots of steps and in few min you get buses A/B/C to station and close to centre.Breakfast is basic and shower is tiny but equal on the price I paid. I would recommend if you bite a car

7 nights at Hotel Ilgo

In the first days it was extremely cold in the hotel. The staff was friendly and made an effort to solve all the problems, including the cold in the room (due to the crisis, it was forbidden in Italy to turn on the heat). The hotel was full of guests and, on the first nights, they gave us extra blankets. After three days, the problem was solved by changing the room. I had an emergency and needed to work on the computer one night. They provide me with one computer and Internet access. Outside of the hours when guests were allowed access, they allowed us to sit in the dining room and served us hot tea. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff very attentive.

Lo staff gentile e disponibile, ma purtroppo la stanza era sporca, appena entrato ho trovato capelli sul letto e in altri punti della stanza, nel bagno c’erano diverse macchie di sporco sul lavandino e sul water le quali sembravano addirittura sangue, e la doccia era completamente rovinata e tanto altro che preferisco non dire, mi dispiace per l’esperienza

Excelente servicio

Recibimos un excelente servicio en general de todos los que nos atendieron en el hotel. Pero particularmente 2 personas nos ayudaron mucho ya que veníamos a dejar a nuestro hijo en la universidad y recibimos por parte de Leo en recepción la mejor atencion, sus indicaciones y recomendaciones fueron muy valiosos para nosotros. Al igual que el de la sra Monica que también nos orientó en los temas de ciudad y otros. Muchas gracias a todos y esperamos volver pronto a Perugia y al Ilgo

Bene ma è ora di migliorare.

Bene, secondo le aspettative visto il prezzo rispetto alla media a Perugia, ma nonostante la convenienza, questo albergo ha bisogno di una bella ringiovanita. Arredamento, servizi e odori sono rimasti agli anni 90.

Soggiorno confortevole, personale molto disponibile e cordiale. I miei complimenti per la pulizia delle stanze e dell’hotel. Ottima posizione, tramite una scalinata e una passeggiata di 15 minuti si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Perugia.

Good value for money

Ilgo is a nice hotel with a good value for money. It is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. The view from our room at the 4th floor was fantastic. Good breakfast.

Horrible experience. No sound isolation between rooms - the guest in the room next door had an alarm snoozing every 10 minutes from 5am to 7am. Don't stay there if you need a proper night of sleep.

L hotel si presenta in buona posizione, tranquillo, con parcheggio privato, a due minuti di auto dal centro di perugia (15 min a piedi). Purtroppo il positivo finisce qui. La struttura è molto vecchia, la prima camera assegnataci non aveva aria condizionata, la moquette e rovinata e il mobilio vetusto (addirittura un boiler in bagno). Alla nostra richiesta di essere spostati siamo stati sistemati in una camera simile ma almeno dotata di aria condizionata. La colazione è anonima cosi come la sala bar dove si tiene. Il vero problema è proprio la struttura in se che davvero ha bisogno di una ventata di nuovo. Anche la pulizia lascia a desiderare, abbiamo dovuto chiedere piu volte che venisse pulito il bagno... Insomma esperienza negativa. Alla fine per scusarsi dei vari problemi non ci hanno fatte pagare la tassa di servizio..
