"Good value and decent breakfast but rooms were filthy. Every chair and sofa in our room was stained. My son was going to sleep on the pullout couch until I opened and found nothing but crumbs. The huge jacuzzi tub was great but the lighting in the bathroom was too low."

"Couldnt even get to the room. Had contacted property about having 3 dogs - 1 being a service dog. When we arrived, we were told "sorry we only accept 2 - new management". I offered to purchase a second room - to no avail. Went next door and will NEVER deal with this hotel again. Being less than helpful and when asked if there was anything we could do, the attendant, Salem, simply said Nope!"

"Everything was great. The only criticism is we were charged $5 as an “amenities” fee. When I asked what that was the receptionist say the IHG group has recently started charging this; that amenities included sheets, towels and soaps. I complain, not only because since when can towels and sheets at a hotel be “amenities” but also it was a surprise extra charge."
