"Long established country house hotel located in beautiful spot on the banks of the River Tay and a great place to relax and unwind. The main baronial style hotel is quite grand and has a nice dining room. We stayed in the adjacent Riverside Rooms annexed to the main hotel. Both dinner and breakfast was excellent (the food is locally sourced) but (small issue) staff forgot to serve coffee one morning and tea the next morning at breakfast (with no apologies for the delay and oversight). The Riverside Rooms are dated (built 2000) and need modernisation. The bed was too soft for my liking."
"Very easy to check-in and the staff were fantastic. Made some great recommendations of what to see whilst being in Pitlochry which I did manage to see ☺️. Great place for travelling solo!"
"Although slightly above the town the hydro is almost unique in Pitlichry for the availability if parking. It maintains the air of Victorian grandeur at a very reasonable price"
