"Very basic - this is not a hotel, it’s an apartment. No amenities and nothing within walking distance. Bathroom is not cleaned daily - linen is tidied and that is it. If you want a hotel, stay in CBD area."

"Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, good location. Only one small concern would be, we had a corner room in the heritage side and it was noisy early in the morning from traffic. Would stay again just on a different side ."

"Have stayed at The Peninsula on many occasions. Great location, good value and walking distance to good restaurants, cafes, shops supermarket and ferry. This time had a one bedroom apartment, with a small usable kitchen and great for 2 people. Adequate free parking on site however when busy you may need to park on the street. Would highly recommend."
