Good location, easy walk around the CBD. Spacious room and quiet up on the top floor. Rooms a little tired, carpet needs replacing and bathrooms could do with a refresh. Large bathroom though, with a bathtub and separate shower.

Overall great location for walking into the city. Kids loved the pool facilities. Rooms were a great size however the bathrooms could really do with an update/decent scrub. Walls were defiantly not soundproof as noted on the booking website with a loud TV next door on til late.

The room and general internals of the building are quite dated and the surrounding area of the motel were dirty and felt dangerous at night.

The pictures aren’t honest

There are two parts to the hotel, one side is refurbished and are the pictures displayed on the website and the second part is the old hidden side and where most holiday visitors are placed. It’s where the bathroom has cracked tiles and paint peeling in the tub. The carpet is stained with red wine, hand prints on the walls and dust covering the light fixtures. It wasn’t a relaxing experience.

Like: Cleanliness, area around , easy public transport, excellent staff always very helpful. Dislike: Bath tub was a little high from the ground, no smart tv, need new curtains as it had some paint stuff on it, kids got their clothes covered in paint.
