Clean and comfortable. Pleasant attentive staff. A few small maintenance matters requiring attention were attended to swiftly and with a smile. 24/7 supermarket across the road is very helpful but the accommodation itself is a long 25 min walk from the CBD. Would definitely stay again.

The room was lovely and the location was awesome as well as friendly staff. However the breakfast we paid $20 per person for was very disappointing. Considering the amazing location I believe this has the potential to be so much better but unfortunately felt we wasted our money on getting it. Could also consider providing tooth brushes and toothpaste.

It has an amazing lobby, you walk into an old church and easy access to the lifts, we stayed here to go to the pink concert at optus stadium quick uber and we were there so would be great for the football or concerts a like, we had a room with a balcony and veiw of the city you could hear traffic when your inside, we were also located close pubs and restaurants and even checked out the roof top bar at the quest hotel highly reccomend it

The room was too small. I like a plastic shower cap which Quest doesn’t provide. Room service doesn’t need to clean the room before 8.30 am. The roof top bar was closed most nights we were there.

Easy walking distance to local park, but my view wasnt the best, but I didnt mind as I didnt come to Perth to look out my window in all due respect. Lovely friendly staff and amenities were clean and lovely.

This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in this trip. Staff were great, the shower was amazing and free public transport around town.

The property was a bit tired and cleanliness far from great. Small details were missed- such as giving 4 towels when we were 5, no sheets for 5th bed, 2 bottles of water etc

No communication on website as to no onsite parking. Limited parking in adjacent premise but if this full you are required to park some distance from the hotel in an area that is best described as unsafe.

The room was clean, however, very small and costly for what you get. Having to park off site and around the corner in a carpark was inconvenient. Having staff call 3 times from 9.20am to remind us of the 10am checkout was un called for.

I missed my check-in the first night due to flight delays, no notice that they marked me as "did not attend" and therefore offered (and sold) it on after I had already paid for it, to someone else. I had paid 2 nights, tried to check in the second night after I arrived to find they had sold the room I already paid for, to someone else. Did not have any availability for another room, so couldn't check in, had nowhere to stay despite having paid in advance. No notice that they had already re-sold my room and that I would be unable to use the room that I had already paid in full for. Also, I left my credit card there, while I tried to check into my already on-sold room, and tried to figure out refund or alternative options, they refused to check the safe and just said I just definitely didnt leave it there, now I have to go through the inconvenience of reporting my card lost and being without access to my account for 2 weeks while I sort it out with the bank.... Just because you cant be bothered checking your actual safe or providing any decent level of customer service. They did refund the second night that they were unable to provide (after a sleep deprived meltdown from me) that I had paid for, and looked for another room available in their group of hotels, but only had a very inapproprate option, that I had to pay for again if I chose to accept.

As either Expedia nor the property directly were notified of any arrival time and also as per the terms and conditions of booking through Expedia, because the booking No Showed on the 17th October, the booking is forfeited and charged in full.The onus is always on the travel booker to ensure that arrival times are clearly communicated to the website portal that you book with, in this case Expedia.As a gesture of goodwill, we contacted Expedia to notify them to refund the second night.We are again sorry that you felt disappointed however we always recommend to reconfirm booking details and arrival times prior to arrival.Your feedback, whilst critical, is still nonetheless greatly appreciated.Kind Regards,Quest East Perth

Nice property , great location within walking distance to heart of city and Swan river. Only negative is the one bedroom apartment we booked was a little small. Not a lot of room for suitcases and the living kitchen was quite small.

Definitely be back again!
Apartment was surprisingly clean and housekeeping were attentive to top up the body wash knowing we have used half the bottle. Location was great in the city, u could walk to the shopping area or drive there. Close to casino by car too. Good option if u dont want to stay in casino but yet want to be near. Reason because casino is the only happening place to be in the evening in the quiet city.

Parking was the most of our issues as we where told there is no onsite parking available and would have to park at somewhere that could charge upto $25 per day. Other then that the staff where amazing very helpful and attended to our needs with great effort will definitely be back Ps: special shout out to Raj at front desk an asset to the company..

The staff were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. There is a bar / restaurant on the top level with great views, and we had breakfast which was delicious and would certainly recommend it. Quest is close to the CBD, Swan river foreshore & Elisabeth Quays, plus easy to get to other venues such Optus Stadium & Crown Casino. Rooms were very clean and above expectations. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
