Great and very accessible location. The minus point is no drinking water provided in the room. But we are allowed to get from water cooler at breakfast area in the hotel lobby. I didn’t bring the power plug adapter and thanks God the hotel able to lend 1 plug per room. We stayed for 7 nights with the same breakfast menu. Would be great if they have some menu rotation. Overall, great experience.

The property is part of the Ibis brand and therefore I expected a certain quality. However, a lot of the fittings in the room were outdated and worn. Most of the room was clean, apart from the shower which suffered from soap scum build-up near the bottom and mould. Regardless, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and the staff was nice. If you sign up or have an Accor's card, they also give you a free breakfast for one night and off-site gym membership. The location is great as it is deep within the city, within walking distance of shops and transport links. For the price, it does lack a certain polish overall though.

The bed mattress needed renewing. The walls were covered in marks. The carpet was frayed in a lot of places. Room service excellence departure staff excellent. Wifi needs updating. Dropped offline continually

The hotel was conveniently located for the purposes of my trip to Perth. The breakfast buffet was OK. The housekeeping was sub-par -- the room was not vacuumed properly and the desk was never dusted or crumbs removed from the desk and I had to ask for the shower gel to be refilled :(
