Lovely well maintained garden with lots of seating options. Clean spacious home and a well stocked kitchen of utensils and gizmos - you can cook up a storm. Large fridge/freezer. Dishwasher. Fully functional ducted Aircon with zoning. Large bedrooms. Most bedrooms have their own TV! Nice little office space so you get some work done while the family relaxes. A quick refreshing walk to the beautiful Warnbro dog beach. Multi store shopping centre a 2 minute drive away, with Rockingham shopping centre a further 10 minute drive if you need a larger range of restaurants, cinema and shopping. A lovely quiet location with well maintained properties around you. A blissful taste of Australian suburban life.
