「Had a wonderful stay property was very updated and modern very clean and it smelled nice when we first walked in our room. The breakfast was great front desk. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going there again.」

「Good!」

「Slow checking in. Once Kaylee came on duty things ran excellent. But arrived at 240pm and was told checking in earliest was 3pm. They didn't even try to take our information or payment before 3pm. This was after waiting for about 10 minutes at front desk without anyone in site even after ringing a bell twice. The room was spacious, comfortable beds. Took 5 minutes or more to get hot water, but good shower after that. Location and free parking always good.」

She told me I could move to another room but the hotel does not have an elevator so I declined and asked her what she could do to adjust the price for the amenities I've already paid...

「Hotel looks and feels new but front desk staff could smile a bit. Breakfast staff was great with lots of choices to choose from including an automatic pancake maker. Will definitely stay there on our next trip in to see the grandkids.」

「Don't recall seeing there was a parking fee until check-in」

The reason I chose this place is because all of the other hotels close to the venue I would be attending showed there were no rooms available for those dates. To start with, you processed the payment on January 6, 2026, a full 4 months before I would arrive. I have never had any other hotel process the full...
