「I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. It was close to the Mall and the Civic Center. I only stayed one night but the staff really made an impression on me. The front desk clerk, Chautona McZeal was Awesome! She was very kind and helpful. You would never guess that it was her 1st day on the job. My room was prepared by Mattie and she did a great job. She even met me in the parking lot to make sure that everything was OK with the room. Excellent Customer Service!」

「No pool, and the breakfast...well, the orange and apple juices were both warm, there was cereal no milk. And, there were only little honey buns, nothing else!! The coffee was ok but there was no regular sugar and no creamer. I was very disappointed 😞 My door to my room had to be slammed shut and pulled hard if you're trying to get out of the room. Bed was comfortable. The ice machine.....oh my, it smelled awful, couldn't use it for drinks, had to go to the store just for ice.」

「Property looks like it going thru some sort of renovation, but no one was working on anything. Night staff at check in was great. Breakfast was below average, and had no plates. A waffle has real trouble being eaten in/on a 4" styro bowl. Morning front desk guy says, "we're waiting on a delivery for them". My first thought, "isn't there a store close by"??」

「I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. 」

「Room was always cleaned for the day, towels restocked! Parking was not the best. Wasn’t much of a choice for breakfast especially with a kid with. Other than that stay was good.」

「The toilet was not bolted down at all. We killed two German roaches & a bed bug. I called to tell the hotel attendant and his response was “ okay”. I would not recommend staying here. Ever. At all. It’s awful.」

「Stayed at many casinos over the years Simple Park grab your bags and head to the front desk or so you would think Not at the Horseshoe As I'm walking to the front desk security won't let me go to check in because I have my bags and bags,are not allowed on the casino floor even though the front desk is only about 50 yards away straight ahead and I'm tired and just want to get some rest Security tells me I have to go back find 2 black double doors take an elevator and walk around the hotel...
