「位置雲頂山腳但還是一樣冷登記處有點難找停車場上房搭電梯需要單獨刷房卡因不夠靈活房間不錯乾淨有碗筷可以簡單煮食但不提供桌布擦桌子有點費解難道吃完不用搞乾淨？窗口沒風景只有大廈」

「We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was very nice and clean. Also with fully furnished including washing machine. The rooms are very huge and comfortable. The balcony view is extremely wonderful. The breakfast is great. Highly recommended to stay.」

「Everything is excellent」

「The place was occupied and booking by another tenants, it was make me waste my time to drive there and have not rest for whole night. Even the owner replace a new unit but with bad condition and dirty. 」

「Everything is perfect. My whole family love the stay. Maybe the owner would like to consider having a more opaque kind of blind for the staircase window as the morning light will shine through the small windows in the small room near the entrance. 」

「The stay is generally good. However for checking in I have problems as this is a private apartment n not part of Awana Resorts World. So I was not fully prepared as I was expecting enjoying the facilities of Awana Resort World Hotel. Also there was no toiletries. The place is a little run down with loose parquet floor tiles 」

「Check in is relatively easy following the procedure given; Environment and settling is nice. However, access is not easy especially there is a road closure but the hotel is not properly sign posted; Notice is given that it takes 45 minutes after switching on the water heater for hot water (which in itself is not great), in reality, no hot water is available after at least 2 hours. Hot water is available after overnight. Other defects include hair dryer is not working and access to balcony...
