When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "As always the hotel was great and the staff were so helpful. After travelling all day in 43 degree heat, the air conditioning was a godsend. We were too tired to go out to eat, so we chose some prepared food from the chiller cabinet and it was heated for us, I had a chilli which was tasty and filling in the comfort of aircon, with a cold beer. The staff were so helpful, and the room and bed very comfortable, one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had. Thanks to everyone. A bientôt."
