Bugs in the room

There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to anyone else. I am appalled at the service and the fact that I had to pay for a bug infested room which I did not stay in.

Grande chambre , bonne literie , rien ne manque , SDB spacieuse. Petit désagrément petite bêtes qui rentrent au RDC mais rien de bien méchant. Excellent petit déjeuner Très bon accueil avec le sourire Je recommande.

Séjour Affaires 2 nuitées Accueil professionnel, chambre spacieuse et literie de bonne qualité Calme Restauration sur place / menu plus que correct à 19€ (buffet des entrées à volonté-plat-fromage-dessert) Petit déjeuner classique mais suffisant (9,50€/prix correct) Nuitée à 92,50€ un petit peu chère (de quelques euros) à mon avis compte tenu notamment de l’isolement géographique de l’établissement

Je suis arrivée j'ai été reçu par la propriétaire très gentille. Nous avons pu nous installé dans notre chambre. Suite à un contact téléphonique la maîtresse des lieu nous avez proposé de dîner sur place. Le repas fut excellent. L'accueil chaleureux comme ci nous étions à la maison Merci et à bientôt
