This hotel had an excellent staff and a nice terrace restaurant. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive. Front desk, staff and doorman were always there to help you. The view from the terrace it’s wonderful taking in a lot of of the local landmarks. We stayed here for five days. I really enjoyed it.

All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect.

My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!

Great location, clean property, and very friendly staff! Breakfast buffet had many options and coffee was delicious. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here and felt safe! Highly recommend.

"Highly recommend this hotel. The living history here is amazing. Both the front desk staff and the Concierge were extremely helpful. We loved seeing the Agatha Christie room. The Pera area is very exciting too. Great restaurants all around. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Gorgeous hotel in great location. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the pool only has about 3 seats around it and they told me that they couldn’t bring another chair out so I couldn’t really sit next to it/use it. Otherwise, lovely hotel and very good price."
