The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.

Se reservó para 4 personas y nos dejaron solo 3 toallas. Se llamó a servicio al cliente y no nos pudieron asistir!! Si buscan un lugar que esté full equipado, ahí no es!!!
