Lifesaver on a budget place to stay

Needed a place to crash due to flight cancellation, it did the job. Wouldn't consider it for a longer stay though but, without a doubt it's a lifesaver if you are on a budget. Staff was considerate and kind.

The staff member working the desk was very friendly and helpful. The building, however, it in a pitiful state. The lobby is closed off to patrons (used for storange and cluttered). The room was horrifying. Ive done cheap rooms, but this was probably one of the worst. I walked in, and then turned and left to find other lodging. It appeared to have bloodon the walls, cigarette burns over the bedding and the tub. The floor was even taped down. For a $60 room, I didnt expect the Hilton, but this was awful.

Great stay at a clean & affordable hotel

Super 6 Pensacola is very clean & well taken care of. The appearance from the street is a tall sign this is a good place to stay. Very clean, even the floors were in great shape. I’ve stayed here 5 different nights and each room was clean, well stocked and everything worked. Highly recommend.

Staff was very nice. Room is basically you get what you paid for. If your looking for cheap place lay your head down at night, this is very affordable. Make sure bring your own towels because the towels seemed very dirty and not clean.

It's a place that you go to when you don't expect much,and you need a place to stay, that's inexpensive. They take pets with the minimal fee. There's no extras and there's a lot of people that stay there permanently that come up to you. Some ask if you want to do drugs. They don't really don't bother you too much. It's clean and nobody messed with our vehicle.

I would have given them 5 stars, however I had a problem with the smoke detector not working properly. On Friday night I decided to take matters into my own hands and disconnect the unit since nothing had been done about it. It turns out that it was something as simple as replacing the battery and everything would have been fine. Everything else was satisfactory in the room and my stay there was a relaxing one once I quieted the noise.

Room was dirty windows and mirrors were dirty. Layers of film and dried fluids were on the headboard and nightstand. TV had no remote. I got one from the office and it did not operate the TV. No Wi-Fi service was available. I would like a refund!!!

Check in was rough after an 8 hour drive. No lobby open to public, only a window. As i walked up the lead immediately placed a sign stating, “…shift change…wait 15 minutes…”. Not pleasant. I waited about 5 standing at the window and then noticed a $50 cash deposit required. Stunned even further, i had to get back in the car and look for an ATM. Returned and the sign was down. The lead explained the delay and apologized, and I empathized. They gave me a room close to the office and worked out.
