「Upon arriving around 6, our room wasn’t ready, but the staff was incredibly friendly and quickly accommodated me and my children with a different room. They even had some delicious cookies available, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was good I recommend going early. The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the location offers great amenities. Overall, the staff was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable.」

「Such a charming and historic home. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. The amenities were very adequate and well done. We really enjoyed looking at all the features found through out the home. Barbie was an excellent hostess. The only thing I wish I had a chance to do was talk with her a bit. We met some new friends while at the BB during breakfast which was awesome. Room was clean, quit, charming, and comfortable. We were very impressed and will be staying again. 」

「Staff was very welcoming and airport shuttle driver was great! Room was spacious and well designed. Rug in room was frayed in one corner and was a tripping hazard. 」

「I was not allowed to check in until 4 PM and by then I had to call out of work because they were not prepared and I kept going and repeatedly asking, and they were not ready. And then for my room to have dirty hand fence all over the door jam. And nasty moldy, green and black scum in the shower, and the sliding glass door would not shut all the way if you wanted to walk it and had to stay slightly cracked and was held together with duct tape. The pool was closed. So in Florida you can’t even...

「There are many mosquitoes in the room, the hygiene is not very good, the equipment is old, the front desk service is good」

「Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. 」
