「All aspects of the property were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very good and served piping hot. Towels changed daily and plenty of nice shower gel etc. All staff we came into contact with were very polite and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again. 」

「Darren at reception was really lovely, the lady who served us breakfast in the morning was very lovely and accommodating. The hotel dog ran up to us barking as we were leaving, which was a bit alarming. The bedroom was simple and clean. Unfortunately the hotel has an awful smell, even in the bedrooms, like damp or mouldy carpets. A bee was in our room, luckily my husband was able to get it out. I appreciate it is an old historic building, but a deep clean and refresh of the carpets might help.」

The room was lovely, plenty of storage and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were poor and not sufficient. Breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was amazing! 「Our room has the best view looking out to the beautiful Gyllngvase Beach and it is just around 8 mins walk to it. Nice breakfast and staff, room is clean and have everything you need. Town centre is also within walking distance.」

「Lovely barn conversion! cottages have a very modern feel. Plenty to do and see such as the walk around Argal reservoir, tennis, pool, seeing the animals on the farm like goats, horses and the owners amazing dogs. Owner Ian is very friendly and always happy to help if you need a hand with anything. Overall, lovely stay and would love to come back again!」

「The cottage was lovely. It had no Wi-Fi or 4g signal so planning the next days agenda was impossible until you drove out of the site. Also apart from the on site bar (the staff were wonderful) there was no where to walk easily to get something to eat. 」

「Property was perfect for my family. Lovely and clean and everything that was needed for our stay was there. Beautiful garden and setting with ease of parking right outside. Only one problem was the mattress on the double bed! Terrible sleep due to the large lump in the middle making you roll to each sides. This could easily be solved with a new mattress. 」
