「We had a comfortable stay.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this charming and elegant hotel. Can't wait to go back.」

「Good」

「The hotel was in a convenient location for us. Our room was new, clean, attractive, and well stocked. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We used the gym and it had a nice assortment of equipment. We will stay there again when we visit the Oconomowoc area.」

「Old hotel, old rooms」

「I would like to appreciate a lady, Miss Molly, she is so nice and always try to help me. If I go there next time, I will stay there again.」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「Remote parking is indeed a drawback.」

「This place is beautiful and well maintained. Every detail is well thought out. We did not know it was ladies night and there was a big event, so the music and noise was but loud until 10pm. 10pm is the start of quiet hours and it absolutely got quiet right at 10pm. The food and drinks from the bar and restaurant were execellent as well as the staff. We will be back!」

「Good stay . Good staff」

「很好」

「The heating unit in our room was not functioning. There seemed to be only one very tired staffer in the facility, and she made some ineffectual attempts to deal with the problem. She first said we couldn't get a different room (without explaining why), but later backed off.」

「The heat fan was extremely LOUD and sometimes unbearable」
