「Hotell med bra läge, men saknar pool, om man bortser från en bubbelpool modell större. På samma våning som frukosten och bubbelpoolen finns en helt livsfarlig tröskel i flera nivåer, helt utan markering. Speciellt på kvällen är det stor risk att man ramlar ikull och slår sig illa och det hände med både min mor och fars flickvän under deras vistelse på hotellet. De ansvariga visade sig helt utan förståelse för det inträffade och vidtog inga åtgärder.」

「Wir waren 4 Nächte in dieser unglaublich schönen Unterkunft in Agia Pelagia. Die Happy Cretan Suites, ist so eine schöne Anlage mit sehr netten Personal und allgemein alles so gepflegt und modern gestaltet. Die Suite mit Pool, ist einfach nur ein Traum und bietet so viel privates. Allgemein ist die Anlage sehr sauber und auch die Zimmer wurden immer super gereinigt. 「Very late check in, pleasantly welcomed and shown fast to our room which was immaculate. Quite a few bugs but it is summer and I’m sure it couldn’t be helped but a comfy bed and good value for money. The building itself is beautiful and the pool looked great. We would return 」

「The room was always clean. The individual pool was clean with amazing view. However in my 2 weeks at travelling thru Greece and staying at 5 different hotels - the front staff were the least helpful and condescending rude. I arrived by car and at check in was shown on a map where to park the car - problem was I was not asked to park my car off to the side to bring in my luggage. 「I loved our stay in Alexander House hotel. I am 60 and my mum who was with me is 80. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has walking difficulties as there are a lot of steps and levels.
