Very impressed overall with the property and especially the staff. Everywhere you go you will always be greeted by someone with a smile . The villas are absolutely gorgeous and we would highly recommend staying at one if you can . This has been our first time traveling to Bali and it will not be our last. When staying in the Ubud area please consider this property , I promise you it will not disappoint. Thank you to everyone at Arkamara for making our honeymoon the best time ever. We love you guys

We had an absolute dream vacation at Puri Sebali. We love the property and we loved our room, but the wonderful staff were what made it an absolute dream! They were the best we have ever experienced! In the dining area, Rosi always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted – – and more. Eri was superb as well as the other supportive staff. Our room was always left, clean and neat, with fruit and water left for us every day. In the evenings, the turndown service left a bedtime story and cookies on our bed. We can’t wait to come back! You will not be disappointed.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. They provided shuttles to the city center. The spa was amazing. Food was great at the restaurant too

Absolute paradise! We stayed for 9 nights and couldn't fault anything. The staff all friendly, bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. We felt like like a king and a queen. The room was beautiful, from the decor to the space and the beautiful, infinity splash pool right outside the bedroom and spectacular views of the forest. Room service twice a day, mornings met with refill of filtered bottled water and bowl of fresh fruit. Evening's they turn down the bedding, close curtains and turn on outside lights. The spa is amazing, we had the couples massage twice. We ate at their Aruna restaurant for every meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) ... great variety of delicious food (and top service!), beautifully presented and fresh. The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my husbands 60th, and they even had a cake and sang to him. He said he couldnt have had a better way to celebrate. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax. We can't wait to go back!

I cannot say enough about this resort! The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating, the shared facilities are exquisite, the villa was perfect and the breakfasts were meticulously prepared and delicious, with so many choices! The villas are secluded and very private and had wonderful little touches. The landscape and decorative elements made you feel like you were a million miles away from everything. It was magical.
