「Our room was very dated and run down, in desperate need of refurbishment. Shower leaked everywhere, plaster peeling and damp and mould all over. The £120 room only per night was far more than it’s worth. The bar is nice and the food is reasonably for a pub, it’s not a restaurant. Location is good and has parking which is rare for Howarth.」

「The yurt had everything you could possibly need including crip fresh linen located next to a great pub with lovely friendly hosts and great food, all within a few minutes drive from Clitheroe and access to some lovely walks.」

「The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean it just lacked air con and with a tiny bedroom window regardless on the heating not being on there was hardly and airflow within the room. Couldnt fault anything else had a lovely stay」

It says on the booking description please contact property if check in is after 10pm, tried calling all day- got through at 6pm as their ‘phone lines were down’ to be told - no late check in! Refund not given! Was booked as a wedding present for bride n groom on their wedding night!」
