「Great stay!」

「The bath tub had holes in the bottom and green-black stains in it. The bottom was also mushy and when you stepped into the shower, slimy water seeped out of the holes, YUCK!! The ceiling had black mold growing on it. The carpet on the floor had huge stains by the bed. There were also chicken bones behind the side table.」

「The room didn’t smell clean , and one of the night table was dirty. Plus a little small towel dirty on the floor」

「We were not informed about the swimming pool being closed. I think that should be announced when people are booking a hotel. That is one of the reasons why we went to their place cause they had a nice pool, but it was closed.」

「Housekeeping was exceptional. Staff was friendly and helpful. No microwave in room. No advance notice about required daily parking fee.」

「There was a funky smell to the room one night and they offered to bring up air freshener. It cleared by morning. Our tub didn’t feel particularly safe for showers. The tub sloped and there wasn’t much grippy coating left on the bottom for balance on a slippery tub bottom. Breakfast was ok but the ice machine was wicked loud if you sat by it.」

「This was a great place to stay while traveling with pets! They put us close to a door easy to go in and out! Nice clean room!」

「Parking was an issue, I was with my friends and her e-bike which was securely locked was broke into right on the property. Thank goodness had secure locks, bike was still there but back bags and front stolen. Damage to the secure locks」

「I don’t believe there was breakfast included. But there was a bistro restaurant/ coffee shop where I was able to get some coffee and muffins. The room was super clean. Huge hotel with open areas. All renewed. Front desk guys were knowledgeable, friendly- fast check in and out. 」

「The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was beautiful! Soaking in the hot springs and animal therapy with the puppies and silky chickens was blissful! The massages were great however my massage therapist did not know the ingredients of the hair oil she was using. My husband said his massage therapist abruptly left after she said “your time is over”. Kinda made him feel like just a number. Some of the bath towels were torn and dirty. Overall beautiful place, one of our best...
