「Cute hotel. Great breakfast. Construction around the hotel made getting there and leaving slightly difficult, but not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is aged, but quaint. Front desk staff were very friendly. Didn’t use the pool, but the pool area is small, and the parking lot is small, but didn’t have a problem finding a parking while we were there. Overall a good little hotel to stay at while visiting Santa Fe.」

「From pleasant staff to the beautiful property and our room was clean and surprisingly spacious! Love the resort style property. So many places to gather and sit. The bistro is nice and loved having a morning coffee from Starbucks. Can’t wait to return!」

「The room was really clean. The vet was comfortable. The front desk had two separate people while I was there and they were both just insanely helpful. The only problem and the only reason it got a three on facilities is that the elevator wasn't working. Everything else was fantastic!」

「Breaker on spa kept tripping leaving us unable to enjoy any bubbly water. TV went out. Had to wait until after 7 am for maintenance to fix it. :-( Coffee and breakfast was good.」

「Bed bug stains on sheets. Hotel staff said Expedia would refund me, but did not. Horrible.」

「There was a funky smell to the room one night and they offered to bring up air freshener. It cleared by morning. Our tub didn’t feel particularly safe for showers. The tub sloped and there wasn’t much grippy coating left on the bottom for balance on a slippery tub bottom. Breakfast was ok but the ice machine was wicked loud if you sat by it.」
