「There was plenty for people with young children, the beach was ok but there were a lot of stones. There was a choice of 3 restaurants we preferred restaurant 3. The biggest down fall of this hotel was the lack of entertainment in the evening for adults without children, they have plenty of area’s where they could hold evening entertainment for adults. There for I don’t thing I would return to this hotel. The manager that was very welcoming was the restaurant manager in K3」

「The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time....

「We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. 「The beach was nice and staff were very good. The room was not worth the $1400 we paid. The outlets for phone did not work. The room phones needed to be fixed twice. No hot water on 2 out of the 3 days for shower. First day we had to run the water for 10 mins before hot water came for shower Having a bedroom upstairs and shower downstairs was so inconvenient. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」

「We had a fabulous time. Spent a week at Elia Agia in Chania. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially George!! Greeted us with a smile every morning and chatted about what local things to do and what to avoid. Our friends and my husband and I highly recommend it and hope to return soon for another visit.」
