"Dirty staff unhelpful. Shade in room didn’t work. No amenities. Kitchen useless no utensils. No shower current. Bugs on floor in the room. False fire alarm at 5 in the morning. No staff available when alarm went off. A terrible place to stay"

"This hotel is a total joke! I had a reservation. I arrived and was intially told that they were "overbooked". I asked where they were going to get me a room at another hotel. I was told they were not going to because it was "not their fault" but a "glitch in their system". My opinion: If it was their system which had a "glitch", then they are responsible for it! Anyway, front desk staff, while pleasant, was no help at all. There was no attempt to notify me of the "overbooking glitch" before I arrived. I was basically told good luck figuring this out for yourself. While I didn't see a lot of the property, the lobby and breakfast area certainly were not as nice as depicted in the pictures. "Shabby" would be a generous description. Stay away! Do NOT trust this hotel!"

"The kitchen worked well for me as I had have to make all my meals. It was clean including the refrigerator. I don't have an opinion on the breakfast since I never took a meal. The bathroom has paint peeling on the ceilings and door to the bedroom as well. Rust stains under the toilet and the caulking was poorly done. Plenty of towels, the bed was very comfortable, two tv’s was a nice touch. The desk clerk asked how my stay was and when I said it was good he immediately asked what could be better and took notes. "

"Clean, well-maintained, quiet, good location. Bed was large but uncomfortable with plastic covering on the mattress under sheet that made noise with every move. Staff member was very nice and helpful over the phone, but no staff members were available in person for late check-in (approximately 9:30pm). Also, no staff members were available at check-out (approximately 10am). "

"Our room was dirty upon arrival. Inside was very unkept and dirty. Stains and holes in the wall. No sheets for the pullout couch bed which was stained. One of the queen beds was literally blocking and aotting on the air unit. Thus making it very cold and uncomfortable for the person or persons occupying that bed. I've booked alot through hotels.com and through holiday inn express in specific, this was by far the wworst room we have stayed in. "
