Il ristorante è davvero ottimo, sia la cena che la colazione sono state di grande qualità. 「Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can.」

De eenpersoonskamer was klein maar fijn, een ruime badkamer en lekker bed. De klantvriendelijkheid in dit hotel is hoog en het ontbijt goed. Gratis parkeren bij de accommodatie 」

「Di passaggio in una gita di tre giorni. Bellissima struttura con personale molto preparato e gentile. Non mi capitava da una vita (e 30/40 notti all’anno le passo in hotel…) di essere accompagnato in camera dai receptionist. Bravi! Una piccola pecca. In fase di prenotazione non era scritto da nessuna parte che non era attivo il ristorante e siamo dovuti andare in centro a cena. Ottimo lo stesso.」

Firstly, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, lacking proper support and featuring uneven springs that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided in the room were in poor condition, with frayed edges, tears, and even holes. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was disheartening.
