- "optional" obbligatori all'arrivo per alzare il prezzo del pernottamento in modo DISONESTO. Non è possibile evitare di "iscriversi al club" - Pulizia scarsa: WC sporco di urina vecchia al nostro arrivo. - Rumoroso e caldissimo nelle stanze della sezione staccata (Quella raggiungibile tramite il passaggio sopraelevato): non si dorme fino alle 2 di notte! - Fuori dalla stanza c'erano i bidoni dell'immondizia del ristorante: casino fino alle 2 di note perchè viene gettata l'immondizia - Stanze della "sezione staccata" con accesso diretto dall'esterno (!) tramite porte di emergenza lasciate aperte anche in ingresso: problema di sicurezza e porte che alla chiusura fanno un baccano infernale... ed i muri della stanza sono di cartongesso: si sentono tutti i rumori. - colazione anonima: ci hanno fatto sedere su un tavolo con la tovaglia sporca. Quando lo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno detto: ah, volete cambiare la tovaglia perchè è sporca? (era stata usata da altri ospiti). unico lato positivo: fuori dell'hotel si è in Trentino che è una regione bellissima!

Quattro stelle ....da rivedere

Siamo stati 5 giorni in coppia senza figli econ trattamento B&B. Syruttura nuova e rustrutturata. Piscina, spa e colazione. Family hotel. Purtroppo alcuni appunti 1. Parcheggio mai disponibile perchè probabilmente più ospiti di quanti puo contenerne il parcheggio per cui si deve cercare nelle vie limitrofe 2. Nessuna possibilità di cena se non prenotato, ma capisco perchè hotel pienissimo 3. Troppe famiglie e troppi bambini piscina impraticabile prima delle 18 orario in cui i bambini non possono più accedere 4. Colazione non all'altezza , prodotti confezionati e non freschi anche se scelta disponibile, e un po di confusione in sala con camerieri a cui divevi parlare in inglese quando lo capivano 5. Stanza nuova ma con televisore su parete laterale e frgorifero che non si poteva aprire perché davanti il comodino Per il costo richiesto non vale quanto offre o ha aumentato la capienza senza adeguare i servizi.

Quando scegli hotel Da 4 stelle pensi che siano hotel 4 stelle se fossero un briciolo onesti dovrebbero scrivere che al sabato la Spa rimane chiusa tutto il giorno perché è giorno di riposo del personale . Una persona scieglie una struttura per i servizi offerti . Camere deludenti . Non ci tornerò

Drinking water is not included with full board

Pros: 1) good location, 2) friendly staff, speaking English, 3) satisfactory food. 4) Good breakfast. Many types of coffee including cappuccino, juices, water from dispensers. Cons: 1) We had a full board which means breakfast, lunch and dinner. To our surprise, for lunch and dinner all drinks disappeared, including water from dispensers; you are forced to buy expensive bottled water. I understand that the vine is not free, but no water with purchased Full Board!!? I tried to talk to reception on how "full board" does not include water: They were giving ridiculous answers, that this is not “all-inclusive” which for them is a good argument to not include drinking water. I learned that this is a management decision for the whole hotel chain. This is how to make few extra Euro from each tourist (I paid 25 Euro for water/week). 2) The headboard on the bed is very low and has several sharp corners which is in combination with very small pillows makes it very difficult to lay down without hitting your head few times until you remember. 3) Very weak WiFi. The hotel is below its 4* level. Again, I should repeat that the hotel staff are very good, and they are not responsible for the management policy.

een deel receptionisten, zaalpersoneel spreken geen Engels. Alle anderen alleen Italiaans. Verouderd gebouw. Heel eenvoudige douchecabine. 85% polen met veel drukke kinderen. Het hotel is het duidelijk gewent. Zeer onvriendelijke parkeerwachter. Bij aankomst direct extra rekening van 80€ voor de spa!!! Die 's avonds te vroeg gesloten is. Ook niet de ganse dag open. Dus geen relaxdag mogelijk. Veel te duur hotel in verhouding. Spijtige ervaring.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere le piste. L’hotel offre bus navetta per gli impianti di risalita. Lo staff dell’animazione mi ha sorpreso con tutte le attività e le iniziative per bambini e adulti. Colazione e cena molto ricca in qualità e quantità. Area spa ben attrezzata.

Per niente autentico

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Park Hotel per dieci giorni tra agosto e settembre. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, ma ci è stato chiesto di saldare anticipatamente l'intero soggiorno, che purtroppo è stato deludente e soprattutto troppo caotico. Vista la convenienza del prezzo, l'albergo era al completo con oltre 300 ospiti, molti dei quali prestavano poca attenzione al rispetto degli spazi in comune e soprattutto al controllo dei figli, liberi di correre e urlare a qualsiasi ora anche lungo i corridoi delle camere, senza alcun intervento da parte dello staff dell'albergo. Anche in sala da pranzo regna il caos, tanto da far passare in secondo piano la qualità del cibo, in linea di massima sufficiente con qualcosa di buono. L'impressione è di trovarsi in uno qualsiasi dei villaggi/hotel della catena, senza autenticità. Solo per turisti di massa

Eccezionale!

Il park hotel Folgarida offre un rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Il personale è molto cortese e sempre disponibile. Encomiabile l’impegno dello staff animazione che sa intrattenere e coinvolgere la clientela senza essere mai invadente. Simone è un intrattenitore formidabile con un talento particolare con i bambini di ogni età. Molto belle anche tutte le gite organizzate, che dimostrano la posizione strategica dell’hotel, infatti in pochi minuti abbiamo raggiunto tutte le mete per i sentieri più belli della zona. La cucina è sempre varia e assortita, e di ottima qualità. Un sincero ringraziamento a tutti e arrivederci a presto.

Hotel molto bello a due passi dalla pista da sci

Siamo stati in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e devo dire molto bene anzi benissimo,l'hotel è situato in una zona molto tranquilla e a due passi dalla pista da sci in inverno è il massimo!! noi ci siamo andati i primi di settembre,siamo stati una settimana, il personale è stato impeccabile il cibo molto abbondante la stanza sempre in ordine,si poteva usufruire della piscina,sauna, idromassaggio,e percorso knaipp ma quest'ultimi solo se i bimbi erano sopra i 16 anni,comunque siamo stati veramente molto bene ci ritornerei senz'altro
