「We had a wonderful stay here with our dog. We were warmly welcomed during check in and the receptionist went out of her way to explain us everything and make sure our dog felt welcome as well. The dog basket, treats and bowls already placed in our room were also such a nice touch! She even was allowed to come with us to breakfast and a table was reserved away from the buffet so other guests weren’t inconvenienced. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Starnberger See.」

「The hotel was not bad but the female owner was not friendly to the family with a child. We were shocked when we checked out and the bill has been added an extra charge for our small kid though we didn't have the extra bed,and they didn't tell us in advance when we checked in .
