「The room was dirty-dead bugs laying around, bedspread had stains, towels thin, carpet stained and ripped. Homeless people hanging around outside. Breakfast area very limited selection, coffee cups were the small ones used in room. Chairs mismatched and scratched. Will never stay there again. Have pictures」

「The Comfort Inn was perfect for my family and me. It is an older building but still very well maintained and very clean. We felt very comfortable staying here. Our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and we were switched to a different room quickly and easily. The staff member who checked us in (I think Amber?) was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was complimentary and they had a great selection of breakfast foods available. We would definitely stay here again!」

「I rented the King suite while on a road trip expecting it to be a restful stop. We got in around 1 AM to a very dirty room in disrepair. We decided to stay anyway because it was so late, and we had an 11 AM checkout. At 8:50 AM a lady banged on the door, repeatedly, completely ignoring the do not disturb sign. She would not stop until I went to the door to speak with her. She wanted to come into our room and put boxes of furniture in the suite while we were sleeping. When I told her that we were...

「Booked online friday afternoon for a king size for the same night. I get down the road from the hotel around 4 to find a message on my Expedia account saying they are sold out sorry. Turns out they werent sold out when I booked my room, they gave my room away to someone who walked in and didnt tell me until 4. So if your from out of town, you might want to call to make sure your room wasnt given away before you get there.」
