「It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. One of our party was blind,so we needed a hotel that included breakfast, so were very anointed when we went down on the first morning to be told that the hotel stopped inclusive breakfast in September, despite its website still stating that breakfast was included.
