「I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. 「Apartment was clean and well presented. I would highly recommend following the check-in process accurately and doing this well in advance of actual check-in, communication wasn't always the easiest which lead to delays but we also did not check in 24 hours in advance, as recommended. 「De appartementen liggen echt IN het bejaardenhuis. De buurt eromheen is verschrikkelijk. Met de handdoeken moest je echt 1 week doen en je kreeg echt geen nieuwe handdoeken als je erom vroeg. Appartementen waren zeer warm en er was geen airco of een ventilator beschikbaar. Het aansluitende terras zat helemaal onder de vogelpoep en was erg vies.」
