Good: This property is conveniently located and pretty close to all the restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can rent a bike at the reception for a good price. Food choices are simple but still filling and delicious. (we liked fruit plate and pancakes, omelette is also tasty!) The territory is clean and quiet, we had our cabin cleaned every day. Need improvements: Towels were washed but worn out with stains that didn’t come off after the washes. Keep in mind that in the cabin it was very dark and we had to open bathroom and the front door to get some natural light in. Black caterpillars are everywhere- hundreds are on the property and they do go inside the cabin and often you will find a few in the bathroom (shower), in the room floor and on the walls! Moldy smell in the cabin. Table in the cabin is very small - not suitable for work or just sitting (your knees will be hitting the top) Small wardrobe and not enough hangers and shelves/hooks in the cabin in general.

This place is a gem in a fantastic quiet location in pecatu! Only a few mins a drive to labuansait where there are so many great restaurants, but also less than 10 mins drive to some amazing beaches and beach clubs on the south coast. Staff at the property are so friendly and helpful! We stayed in one of the traditional bungalows and loved it. Pool is quaint And gets lots of sunshine. My only suggestion would be to add a fridge in the room other than that, loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay!
This property is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this if you are looking for something close to everything and secluded enough and quiet. We especially enjoyed the outside bathroom and the pool. So lovely. The staff were also extremely helpful.

A lovely place to stay, nice and clean, friendly staff. No tea and coffee making facilities or a fridge in room, which would have made things much more comfortable... a little way out of town, if you aren't comfortable riding a scooter or using a lot of transport (cars) i wouldnt recommend staying very long..

Pristine and beautiful property. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Terrific breakfast delivered to your balcony every morning. Was freaked out by the distance from town to begin with, but transportation is easily available through Veronica who is a star 🌟! Stayed for 4 nights - highly recommend. I wasn't sure about this property online as there were very few reviews but it's only because it is so brand new. We were very pleasantly surprised. It's fantastically maintained and a great relaxed, Balinese oasis. The staff are great and bring breakfast to your room. The resort is a 7 minute walk off the main road which is the only drawback but you can rent a motorbike or they are more than happy to organise a taxi for a decent price and pick you up too. I cannot recommend this place enough. We definitely come back.

We loved this property! It was a little oasis nestled in Uluwatu. Private, quiet and the staff could not be more helpful. If you don't ride a scooter you will need to get local transport as it's off the beaten track so consider that if you don't want to be in and out of taxis so much. But close to Padang Padang etc. we loved and would return!

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful and quiet area of Uluwatu. Great staff and breakfast. Ability to rent the motorbikes to go into town and explore close by beaches and temple. Beautiful facilities but the bedding was a bit hard and the cleanliness could have been improved in the bathroom in particular. Overall a great place to stay.

Awesome place!
We spent three nights here. Very kjnd and service oriented staff, clean and newly built place with a beautiful pool area. You can rent motorbikes from the hotel and it is very close to most places you want to see in Uluwatu.

Neue moderne Anlage mit schönem Pool, sehr ruhig, mitten in der Natur (mit enstprechender Geräuschkulisse, für uns kein Problem, wer leichten Schlaf hat und von Vögelgeräuschen genervt wird, sollte das bedenken). Mit dem Scooter ist man schnell an diversen Stränden sowie Restaurants. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

I really liked the staff so nice! Stayed in the houses and villas. Villas were real nice, houses nice but you hear a lot through the thin walls. One point of attention, take care of the chalk in the bathrooms, It can be cleaner. Thank you for my stay.

Hotel com excelentes acomodações, tanto na área externa quanto nos quartos. Tudo limpo e bem conservado. Equipe de staff também bastante atenciosa. O café da manhã é ok e precisa ser escolhido no dia anterior, com horário pré agendado para servi-lo. Começa a servir a partir das 08hrs, o que achei tarde.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel
Really beautiful hotel, with nice garden and bungalows. The bed was very comfortable. We had only a problem with the bathroom, which was clogged and water was accumulating during the shower. The hotel was not close to any beach, but it is in the middle between the beaches from southwest and south, making it easy to go everywhere around Uluwatu with a motorbike.

うーん、どっちかな。
比較的新しい施設なのと小規模のビラタイプでしたので静かだろうと期待しました。ただ、ビラから埋まってしまうので最後に残る２部屋をひとつ屋根で覆う中途半端なビラしかありませんでした。隣に変なのが来ないでよと願いチェックイン。経営者の息子さんが午前3時までのフロント営業時間を守り、私を午前2時過ぎに歓待してくれました。 良かった所：静かな環境 悪かった点：受付以外昼過ぎから夕方まで電気を止める。よって、部屋でトイレやシャワーを使えません。それってありですかね。トイレは受付棟にひとつ。シャワーの代替はプール？そのつながりか部屋に冷蔵庫がありません。受け付けにスケルトンのドリンク機が置いてあります。 タオル類も言わないと替えません。ルーム清掃は床を掃くのみ。コップも替えずひっくり返して置くのみ。うーん。 朝がたの野鳥のさえずりがややきつい。そこへ野犬の遠吠えや放し飼いのにわとりの合唱が5時前後からはじまる。 不可効力だった点：隣の東南アジア系のカップルの痴話喧嘩とエッチの繰り返しが延々ときました。音が筒抜けなので不眠になり、予約最終日を待たずチェックアウトし、シテｲーホテルへ退避す。 かなり静かであろうと期待しましたが、部屋によるかな。ただ、プール以外何も無い施設なので部屋の電気を止められたら、快適度が無くなります。経営者に聞いたところ電気を止めるのはルーテｲンですと。このことは注意事項に明記しないと利用者の不利益になります。

The staff was extremely nice and helpful and everything worked well, including scooter rental. The facilities were comfortable and clean, and the location peaceful.

Es nuevo, la piscina es muy bonita y la habitación comodísima. Buen desayuno. Está un poco alejado y el último día salíamos de madrugada y no nos prepararon nada de desayuno para llevarnos.

Traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen tollen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in Uluwatu. Die Villas liegen mitten im Grünen. Die Anlage ist SEHR gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter alle stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Essmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (z.B. The Loft, Suka Espresso, La Baracca oder das Bukit Cafe) sind die besten, die wir in Bali probiert haben. Die Strände in der Nähe (Fahrtzeit ca. 15 Minuten) sind die schönsten auf der ganzen Insel. Einen Roller kann man direkt in der Unterkunft anmieten. Ein einziger kleiner Minuspunkt für uns ist, dass es keine vegane Option beim Frühstück gibt. Alles in allem tipptopp. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder.

Positiv: Wunderschöne Anlage, geschmackvolle neue Bungalows mit eigenem Balkon, schöner, sauberer Pool Negativ: Sauberkeit mittel (Balkon und Badezimmer voller Ameisenstraßen, Bad bereits schimmelig), Service schlecht (Roller quasi defekt und nicht fahrtüchtig, sehr schlechte Englischkenntnisse, Zimmerservice lässt Handtücher mit hunderten Ameisen hängen, Frühstück kam 35min zu früh und wurde einfach abgestellt,...), kein Safe & kein Kühlschrank, Frühstück mittel (kleine Auswahl, wenig reichhaltig, kam kalt oder lauwarm, kaum Obst)
