「The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. 「We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. 」

「We didn't regret booking at this hotel for our stay, it is nearby grocery store(walmart) which is important since we are travelling and a lot of restaurants around it. Hotel room is really clean and it is spacious for us, there's even a mid size fridge, staff are friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking around Chandler, AZ. 」
