「It was very clean and well cared for. Reminded me of Scandinavia. Not so many amenities but what they had was high quality. For example, no coffee machine in room but the free machine in reception did expressing and lattes as well as regular coffee. There is a laundry room and they give you a clothes basket in your room. The kitchenette is very nice but you need to bring your own dishes, pans etc. we didn’t inquire at reception though if things like that can be given on request.」

「No parking, had to walk blocks to get in and the codes you use is crazy. Room had a leg wobbly on couch, stagnant yellow water in fridge. Unit was when I arrived took someone forever to get back, told me to take pictures and sent me instructions. I did all they said and it wouldn't cool below 76. I travel for work and thought this would be great but after working in the heat coming back to a hot room was unacceptable. No management on site or maintenance on property. 「The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.」
